First aid kits have been known to save many lives in the past. I’m sure that after the tornado struck the little sioux scout ranch, the boy scouts were ready to help the 48 scouts that were injured with their first aid kits. Being a scout myself, I know how handy first aid kits can be. With the events on thursday morning happening so quickly, the quick and cool response from the boy scouts and the willingness they had to help each other out came in handy too. Tornados are so unpredictable. They can come out of no where, which the boy scouts at the little sioux scout ranch learned on thursday morning, as they watched the skies. Good thing they were boy scouts and prepared, with their first aid kits as well.

As the boy scouts at the little sioux scout ranch were watching the skies, they saw lightning and then the next thing they knew, the tornado was right on top of them. The scouts said that the twister only lasted about 8 seconds, but a very long eight seconds. I’m sure that when it was over though, that the boy scouts at the little sioux ranch were ready to help any injured with their first aid kits.

They are going to get thrown around and jump and bump into everything! It reminds me of those chinese extreme shows. So funny! The commercials are showing clips of them running into things and falling off and getting hurt and it looks like they will use a discount spa!

Power to them man. I am not doing anything like that and i need a discount spa! There really isnt anything like a day at the spa getting pampered. Awww the spa. Maybe I should go onto the wipeout tv show just so I can have an excuse to go to the discount spa

Wrinkle cream though. I think I am going to have to look into that seriously! Or its either anti wrinkle cream or lots of plastic surgery! And since i can’t really afford plastic surgery maybe I should start using wrinkle cream. I really don’t have wrinkley skin now but maybe it will help down the road:) Anyways go Hulk Hogan and Hulk Hogan Girlfriend!!!

I am not very good at scrapbooking and it is definatley not a cheap scrapbooking hobby! But it is fun:) And ok if you like celebrity circus then why don’t ya make a cheap scrapbooking page on it? What a great idea!!! You could add it to all of the rest of your celebrity scrapbook pages haha! Oh like a Brittany Spears timeline! Haha oh that would be so funny! I might have to make a celebrity circus page and do some cheap scrapbooking!

In the coco crisp fight three Red Sox got suspended, Crisp got hit for seven games, pitcher Jon Lester for five games and first baseman Sean Casey go nailed for three games! Should have left your baseball glove on boys!

Shields is now out for six games, Honny Gomes and Edwin Jackson are each out for five games, five Rays were penalized by Bob Watson, and Carl Crawford for four games and lastly Akinori Iwamura for three games all because they couldn’t play nice. Needless to say there were baseball glove flying everywhere and punches left and right!

And now because of their behavior Crisp, Shields and Gomes all start their penalties friday night and Lester began his imediatly and as for the rest the will start theres later in june.

The coco crisp fight is certainly not the first time a baseball glove or two has come off. This happend August 2006, May 2000, and April 2000. This almost makes me… almost makes me want to watch baseball.

I can not wait to see Zohaan and I don’t know about where you are but cheap movie tickets here are about five bucks just for a matinee. There are also several other movies I would love see, so I just need to find some cheap movie tickets somewhere. There are so many I could spend about fifty bucks just on movies right now. I will definatly have to see Zohann movie though because I am a huge fan of Adam Sandler. And if I can find some cheap movie tickets and see him in a funny movie that will be one heck of an evening!

Every sunday and every day for that matter in the local papers they have food coupons. In the front of most grocery stores they show food coupons of what food is on sale. I can save up to twenty bucks or more just by using food coupons!!! I know they seem like a tedious task but in my opinion it is worth it! I keep mine in a little box and take it every time I go to the grocery store. In fact most grocery stores if you have a coupon for another store and present it to them they will let you have it at that price just to stay competitive!

So don’t fret to much about the price of gas going up because of the oil price per barel. Just think smart about things you can cut back on and do smart such as like I said, USE FOOD COUPONS, I LOVE THEM!!!!

Remember when Kirstie Allie went on Oprah in that less than tasteful bikini? Well I actually don’t think she looked good enough to be in a bikini, but she definatly had lost a ton of weight using Jenny Craig. I think she should probably stick to it.

Rumor has it that Kirstie Allie is starting her own weight loss campaign and speculation has it that she is putting on more weight to make her new campaign look like it is working that much better. It is going to be one heck of a weight loss tool to get rid of all of Kirstie Allie weight gain and beat out Jenny Craig. Tons of people have had much success using Jenny Craig and Kristie, I think maybe you should stick to it girl.

Her and her boyfriend Benji Madden have been going out for quite a while now. Well as long as a hollywood relationship goes. She also had talked about having a baby sometime next year.

Anyways in my opinion everyone is trying to get what ever celebrity they can at just the right or wrong however you want to see it, position to claim a baby bump picture. And who actually even REALLY cares if they are pregnant or not??? Your not invited to a shower and your not actually their friend so what does it matter anyway. Sometimes I wonder if celebrities like Paris Hilton pregnant pick out the skimpiest summer dress they can find and hope they take that publicity shot. Either way I guess someone always wins, they get a picture taken whether the celeb or the photographer wanted it.

There are many more less revealing summer dresses out there ya know. Ones that don’t even make you look pregnant. I actually kind of think that her summer dress looked a bit like a nighty.

So to answer your question “is Paris Hilton Pregnant?” Her people of course say that it is false, but no one knows but her…. Maybe….. and in reality folks she was seen AT A BAR!!! Maybe she had a little beer belly. Or maybe just a bad summer dress.

In the book, “Hungry Planet” , they talk about several families and their diet habits. It amazes me how different people around the world live and especially eat. I personally ate about four or five slices of pizza just a few hours ago and am already hankerin’ for a little snack.

The first family and diet habits they discuss are the Browns of Riverview, Australia, a suburb of Melbourne. They show pictures of the family and how much food they eat and its value for a week which happens to be $376.45. They have seven people eating there when they are all home.

The next family from our Hungry Planet is the Nalim and Namgay (it is not a custom to have a family name in Bhutan). Their week’s worth of food purchased is valued at a astounding $5.03. They are a hard working farm family and I don’t know about you but I use five dollars or more A DAY not in a week!

This next families dieting habits are a bit more like my families. They are the Revis and their sons. I don’t spend near this much in a week but hey, I like my bargains:) The Revis are from Raleigh N.C. with one weeks grocery bill reaching $341.98. After seeing all their food out at once and value they promised to cut back and make much better and healthier food choices.

The last family that I am going to tell you about is the Natomo family from Kouakourou, Mali with their food worth $26.39. They have a lot of family staying in one household consisting of two wives, ten children and a couple of other relatives. They eat mostly food made out of grain and vegetables that are air dried.

Now just to throw it out there I spend about fourty to fifty dollars a week on food and that is plenty for us. I like to think our dieting habits are not to bad. Only a pizza binge and a cookie here and there. I do try to keep things fairly healthy over here. I do recommend you take a look at this book “Hungry Planet” because it puts your life in a better prospective and hopefully inspire you to do something good with the money you may save if you choose to cut back.
